Not your typical pumpkin beer, our recipe uses savory Indian spices similar to those used in a Garam Masala soup to elevate the pumpkin.

After gathering Chinook hops at Voss Farms in Arvada, we brewed up a dank, whole cone wet-hopped west coast style IPA.
Passionfruit Pineapple Papaya - Fruited Sour

This island-inspired fruited sour ale starts with a velvety sour base and bursts with juicy pineapple, ripe papaya, and vibrant passionfruit.
Blaster - Colorado Pale Ale

This Colorado Pale Ale is a delicious medal-winning recipe from our repertoire that features Idaho 7 in the boil, an Idaho 7 and Amarillo Cryo cool-pooling, and then a double dry hopping of Amarillo Cryo, Idaho 7 and Azacca.
