Walk in the Parfait - Raspberry Lemon Yogurt Sour
Now Available! [Draft + Cans]
We took inspiration from a classic yogurt parfait to bring you a golden sour that is conditioned with more than 20 gallons of organic yogurt as well as additions of lemon peel, raspberry purée, vanilla, and a touch of lactose. The result is a delicacy bursting with aromas of fresh citrus and berry blossoms.
McIntyre St. - Dry Irish Stout on Nitro
Now Available! [Draft Only]
McIntyre St. is our homage to the classic Dry Irish Stout reimagined through the lens of exploration. Aromas of toasted barley, soft coffee, and a whisper of dark chocolate are beautifully balanced by dry roast on the palate. Elevated by nitro, McIntyre St. also has a lush mouthfeel that feels both rich and surprisingly approachable.
North Star V.47 - Hazy IPA w/ Idaho 7, Cashmere, & Nelson Sauvin
Now Available! [Draft + Cans]
Idaho 7 lays the groundwork for NSv47 with bright citrus, tropical fruit, and berry vibes while Cashmere hops span the bill with juicy tropical citrus and sweet vanilla aromatics. Then incomes "bliss-processed" Nelson Sauvin which boosts super tropical characteristics, preserved brightness and added complexity.
Dobro Joe
Now Available! [Draft Only]
Starting with a Double Brown ale that clocks in at 7.6%, Dobro Joe is boldly brewed with locally roasted coffee from Red Silo Coffee Roasters. Named for both its DOuble BROwn roots and the resonator guitar that rings through our bluegrass nights, Dobro Joe has bright, roasty aromas, notes of chocolate and caramel, and finishes robust yet smooth.

Hoppatropica - Tropical Pale Ale
Numb - West Coast IPA
& Collabs w/ Seedstock & Wibby!
