Bright Skies V.09 - New School West Coast IPA
Available Now!

BSv9 is a quantum leap forward in the series, melding Krush, Strata, and Mosaic (plus Strata and Krush extracts) playing atop a lean Pilsner malt base. Look for whispering piney dankness complementing mango and a punch of clementine citrus with notable flourishes of tropical fruit & ripe berries.
[Draft only & Cans]

Pillow Drops - Colorado Pilsner 🥉
Available Year-Round!

This pils has a dry biscuity malt backbone and delicate floral aromas balanced by some bitterness and a crisp finish. Much like the voluminous foamy cap on a freshly poured pilsner, pillow drops are the highly technical ski lines that take you flying through boulder fields capped with mounds of fresh fluffy powder.
[Draft & Cans]

Desert Runner - Cactus Fruit Gose 🥈
Almost Gone!

Desert Runner is a gose “spiked” with two types of cactus fruit - dragon fruit and prickly pear - as well as pink Himalayan salt and a dash of coriander. These additions provide a brilliant bright pink color as well as a vibrant and exotic flavor profile alongside slightly sweet and subtly tangy notes and a clean acidity.
[Draft & Cans]

Rise & Climb - Kölsch 🥇🥇🥈🥈
Available Year-Round!

A bright & light German ale with an elegant effervescence yielding a frothy pillow of head. The delicate aroma displays light fruitiness along with gentle cereal notes. To the tongue, the light cereal notes are balanced by a crisp & dry finish.
[Draft & Cans]

Coming Soon:
Walk in the Parfait - Raspberry Lemon Yogurt Sour
McIntyre St. - Irish Dry Stout (on Nitro!?)
