Hazy IPA w/ Harlequin & El Dorado

North Star V.49 is guided by Harlequin hops out of the UK, delivering waves of pineapple and juicy stone fruit. El Dorado doubles down on the tropical character, while Amarillo and Citra bring bright citrus into the mix and Mosaic rounds it out with a touch of pine and dank depth. All these hops layer over a soft, pillowy body from an oat-heavy grain bill that finishes smooth with a lingering haze of tropical sweetness.
