Dragon Fruit Sour
Originally introduced as Terra Firma V.32, Desert Runner is a gose spiked with two types of cactus fruit - dragon fruit and prickly pear - as well as pink Himalayan salt and just a dash of coriander. These additions provide a brilliant bright pink color as well as a vibrant and exotic flavor profile alongside slightly sweet and subtly tangy notes and a clean acidity.
