Bright Skies V.11 picks up where V.10 left off, refining an extremely light-bodied recipe. The grist is 100% pilsner malt, half of it a low-color variety, and the hop bill is a murderers' row of clutch hitters - Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Strata, Columbus Cryo, and Nelson Sauvin. The result is a refreshing, ultra-dry, moderately bitter, punch you in the eye-P.A., with deep layers of subtle power and a dank aroma that'll have you longing for another swing.
