Tropical Sour Ale
We started with the recipe from 2023's Terra Firma V.29 which utilized thiolized yeast to perfectly complement the tropical fruit additions and then we switched things up and added the trio of fruits from Terra Firma V.21 - sweet liliko'i (passionfruit), juicy mango and aromatic guava! The result is a tropical fruit explosion of flavors.
