Float Like a Buffalo is a high-energy, horn-driven rock band from Denver, CO, blending funk, ska, reggae, jam, and soul into a genre-bending sound that’s impossible not to dance to. Inspired by the likes of Lettuce, The Motet, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, and James Brown, they bring an electrifying live experience wherever they go.

Formed in 2014, the 6-piece band has played iconic stages including Red Rocks, The Bluebird Theater, and Gothic Theatre. Crowned Best Funk Band by Westword in 2019 and named one of 303 Magazine’s Top 30 Rock Bands, they’ve shared the stage with legends like Sting, WAR, Dragon Smoke, and Pepper.

Following the release of their debut album Back From Nowhere and 2022’s Day Late, Dollar Short, FLAB has toured nationally and internationally, including festival appearances and a 2024 collaboration with The Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra!
